Main rules for helping out on courses

La Fiesta

  • Instructor can chose anybody disregarding his/her dance level

You can offer help /men-ladies/ (as necessary), but only on courses 2 levels below your present dance level.

People from lower dance level CANNOT help out on a course of a higher level.

1. Instructor can chose anybody disregarding his/her dance level (he knows the person, knows how he/she dances, how often he/she attends courses etc.)

2. You can offer help /men-ladies/ (as necessary), but ONLY on courses 2 levels below your present dance level.

Examples:

  • Beginners - helping out from MP1/Pre-Intermediate 1 (monthly course)
  • Temporary - helping out from MP1/Pre-Intermediate 1 (open course)
  • MP1/Pre-Intermediate 1 (monthly course) - helping out from MP2/Pre-Intermediate 2 (monthly course)
  • MP1/Pre-Intermediate 1 (open course) - helping out from MP2 /Pre-Intermediate 2 (open course)!
  • MP2/Pre-Intermediate 2 (monthly course) - helping out from MP3/Pre-Intermediate 3 and higher!
  • MP2/Pre-Intermediate 2 (open course) - helping out from SP1/Intermediate 1 and higher!
  • MP3/ Pre-Intermediate 3 (open course) - helping out from SP2/Intermediate 2 and higher!
  • SP1/Intermediate 1 (open course) - helping out from Advanced!
  • SP2/Intemediate 2 and P/Advanced (open course) - instructor´s choice!

3. People from lower dance level CANNOT help out on a course of a higher level. You can join the course but you must pay for it.

Helping out on courses is a favour for both sides - instructors as well as course attendees. Having people in pairs helps the instructor to enhance the quality of the course. On the other hand, those who are helping out can practice and rehearse several times in the week.

Our target is, with these rules for helping out on courses, to satisfy the course attendees, so that people who are paying for all their courses don´t feel wronged.
